What "full claim management" actually covers

  • Reporting the accident to the relevant insurer(s) on your behalf
  • Arranging recovery of your vehicle to our workshop
  • Booking a like-for-like courtesy car for the duration of repairs
  • Providing a repair estimate and agreeing scope with the insurer
  • Keeping you updated with progress throughout
